ACVP is not one building in Culasi. The goal is a networked boarding-school model across Panay (Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo). Culasi is the pilot / reference node — low CAPEX, local trust, then scale.
Why Culasi, not Manila (UP / Ateneo)?

Panay boarding-school model
- Boarding = language, culture, and vocational practice together — not a commuting day school with high dropout.
- One Slovak methodological frame (AI + mentor) for all Panay provinces — Culasi is the reference node, not an exclusive enclave.
- Capacity scales Antique → Aklan/Capiz → Iloilo; Manila handles visas for the whole island.
- Exclude brain-drain profiles (doctors, nurses, senior IT) — ACVP adds capacity, does not parasitise.

Blended learning + teacher mobility
Theory via AI-assisted courses from STU/TUKE; the teacher-mentor leads fact-checking and data work. Practical drill, labs, and cultural integration happen on site in Culasi.
- Gen 1 — Slovak teacher export (Erasmus+ / NIRC) to Culasi and EU partners for mentorship practicum.
- Gen 2 — returnees become lead mentors in Slovak CWE pilot schools.
- Gen 3+ — hybrid tandem: lead mentor in class + online mentor from Slovakia on a shared NPJ platform.
